Please tell your courier that they are not supposed to leave undelivered items outside the house if the recepient was not there! What if it got lost? If someone takes it? They should leave a ‘undelivered notice’, right? Poor service. It’s the first time this happened to us.

we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Our direction to the postal service company was to leave the package in the postbox. We will notify the shipping company so this will not happen again in the future.
